How bout everyone just stop smoking...period
D.C. went smoke free on the 2nd. I was and still am super-pumped. However, I've just learned about a downside of going smoke free. I now inhale just as much or more second-hand smoke on the sidewalk outside the bars and restaurants, because everyone just goes right outside the doors to smoke.
So frustrating!
