Y'all I made souffle.
Souffle.
Not some cake mix remix but real live HARD French chocolate souffle. With Julia Child guiding me the entire way, I produced a beautiful, airy, fluffy, delicious chocolate souffle. I haven't been so proud of myself since May 16.
