Spaghetti Alla Cousteau


Spaghetti Alla Cousteau

I was inspired by Christina's post to make the green spaghetti that my parents used to make. I now have a fifth of Blue Curacao and nowhere to go. "Fruit of the Millennium" here I come!!!

Sarah was not fond of this dish (it tasted "sour"), though our friend Dylan and I enjoyed it.

Cool! I'll be trying it without the blue curacao, as the liquor store here only had humongous bottles. I'll let you know how mine turns out.

Yeah, I don't know how much flavor the curacao adds, and we now have a huge bottle of it, though it was pretty cheap stuff. The final product won't be as green, but I think the vodka/cream and the Gorgonzola cheese are the major playors in the flavor.

It is a blue state, though, so I guess that fits.

The report: Green spaghetti minus the blue curacao is totally not green. Not even a little bit.

It is yummy, though.
