I was inspired by Christina's post to make the green spaghetti that my parents used to make. I now have a fifth of Blue Curacao and nowhere to go. "Fruit of the Millennium" here I come!!!
Sarah was not fond of this dish (it tasted "sour"), though our friend Dylan and I enjoyed it.

Cool! I'll be trying it without the blue curacao, as the liquor store here only had humongous bottles. I'll let you know how mine turns out.
Yeah, I don't know how much flavor the curacao adds, and we now have a huge bottle of it, though it was pretty cheap stuff. The final product won't be as green, but I think the vodka/cream and the Gorgonzola cheese are the major playors in the flavor.
Blue Hawaiians, my boy. Blue Hawaiians.
None of the Hawaiians I ever met were blue.
So Hawaiians are always happy?
Wouldn't you be?
It is a blue state, though, so I guess that fits.
The report: Green spaghetti minus the blue curacao is totally not green. Not even a little bit.
It is yummy, though.
Yeah, I kinda' figured.
